Challenge

Many individuals in Jeddah with gluten-free and lactose-free dietary needs struggle to find trustworthy, clearly labeled, and diverse baked goods that cater to their preferences. Existing solutions often lack transparency, customization, and a seamless ordering experience, making it difficult for users to confidently purchase healthy baked goods.


Goal

To create a user-friendly bakery app that provides a safe, transparent, and convenient way for customers to discover, customize, and order high-quality gluten-free and lactose-free baked goods while ensuring clear ingredient labeling, variety, and a reliable delivery experience.


Strategy

By understanding user needs through research, we will design a trustworthy and engaging digital platform that offers detailed product transparency, a seamless ordering process, and customization options. The app will differentiate itself from competitors by focusing on clarity, quality assurance, and convenience, ensuring a superior user experience from discovery to delivery.

In the testing phase, we conducted an unmoderated usability study to evaluate the app’s effectiveness in addressing user needs.
