Challenge

Ensuring a seamless and engaging hackathon experience by improving access to event information, enhancing team collaboration, streamlining project tracking, and optimizing judging and admin workflows.


Goal

Develop a centralized, user-friendly platform that empowers participants, mentors, judges, and organizers with efficient tools for communication, project management, evaluation, and post-event engagement.


Strategy

Leverage user insights and design thinking principles to create an intuitive system with structured event access, real-time collaboration features, transparent evaluation processes, and a scalable admin section for efficient hackathon management.
